1. Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically be shipped within the same day.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Once the order leaves the United States, we are not responsible for the package being held in customs.
2. Return, Exchange Policy, Cancellations
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order and you have not used or opened the package you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
In case the following conditions are not met, ODonnell Glow Plugs reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of the original purchase
– items and packaging must be received in new condition
– the original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged
– packaging must include all original items, manuals, etc.
– The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
– return package must include the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning the package, you need to contact Odonnell Glow Plugs to receive authorization for your return and refund. You can use the phone number listed below or contact us via our contact page.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our return policy.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or other's rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
